I really enjoyed Mark's last share today at prayer meeting. He talked about Cornerstone and our growth for next year and the years to come. Got me thinking of the song above that I learned in junior high. God is our cornerstone- our rock that can never be crushed. He is our firm foundation on which we stand and build our church. I honestly cannot wait to see what God has in store for us as a body of Christ next year. Although I have my little doubts and worries, I really need to learn to trust in Him fully, because He always provides and makes a way for us. All we need is faith as small as a mustard seed- and we will be able to do wonders for God's kingdom. But that doesn't necessarily mean we just sit back and kick it the whole summer and hope that God will set up all our events next year Himself. Let's pray that this summer we will try our hardest to prepare ourselves for next year spiritually and mentally and keep the spirit's fire burning strong.
