This is so true. We expect life to be warm and diddly to us now that we're Christians and because GOD is on OUR side. But this isn't the case. Being a Christian is really difficult.. You're held at such a high standard by the world, always under scrutiny. There are eyes watching you at all times, waiting for that moment that you screw up and fall into temptation. They dangle lust and evil things in your face and when you give in and reach out for it, "HA! I caught ya! You're a hypocrite!" We can never be completely satisfied with our lives knowing that there are millions of others out there who don't know who Jesus is and the sweet taste of salvation that He brings to our table. We need to live out loud through the persecution and persevere onward to spread the Gospel of Truth and Love. Without pain, there isn't much gain. Without sacrifice, you get nothing back that is of great worth. NO PAIN NO GAIN.
