fuego!

i'm so thankful to be back at school after a few weeks of just relaxing and recharging myself. i loved coming back to people who have been struggling with me and just sharing our blessings from our retreats. this time is so crucial because all of the things that we learned from these past couple of weeks will either make or break us- meaning we can either share, apply and really carry out our blessings or we can hoard it all to ourselves and let that flame burn out before letting it really ignite. that's where so many of us always fail--burning out after a great period of refreshment. we burn out too quickly because we come back to the real world where people aren't as pumped up for Christ as you are, and too soon we become discouraged altogether. my prayer for this semester is that i may not only keep that flame lit but let it rise higher to others.
