Matthew 13 (part II): More parables

I like how Jesus always spoke in parables. It wasn't just "Hey you, believe in God or you'll go to Hell." He spoke in parables to teach us of the divine truth, things that we would never be able to fully comprehend and fathom. So he wraps these truths in earthly stories, so that we may be able to relate and understand. I love metaphors, and Jesus was the master of metaphors. He spoke of the Kingdom of Heaven and of the coming day when God will send His angels on the day of the harvest to gather all the good crop and burn away the weeds. I pray and hope in my faith and salvation that I will not be one of the weeds.
