This quote seriously made me stop my unavailing pursuit of finding a Mr. Right Now to focus on finding Christ in me so that when the time came to meet my Mr. Right, I would be ready for him. As for him, one main criterion that I always keep at the top of my list is that God would be at the top of his list. I know that even the man of your dreams who's perfect for you in every way are in the end only human and we're all subject to mistakes, but if they have their eyes and heart set on God, they will never purposely hurt you. Because to hurt their significant other would be to hurt his Father's beloved children. In the end, a relationship or marriage without God is like trying to plant a garden without water: zero growth.
