"12 Therefore do not let sin reign in your mortal body so that you obey its evil desires. 13 Do not offer any part of yourself to sin as an instrument of wickedness, but rather offer yourselves to God as those who have been brought from death to life; and offer every part of yourself to him as an instrument of righteousness." Romans 6:12-13
This is something we all greatly struggle with daily.. giving all of ourselves to God. Sometimes we think that as long as we're doing this part right in our lives, it'll cover the rest of the sins we commit; and so we justify our sins through our "righteousness". But the Bible tells us to not offer any part of ourselves to sin.. In other words, offer all parts of ourselves to Christ. Asking God to use us as instruments of His kingdom.. That He would empty us so that we would be a vessel that he works through. If we died in sin, why are we still living this life of sin?
