" 18 I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us." Romans 8:18
A lot of times I get impatient and frustrated in the work that I do, towards the people that I serve.. but one day all of this will be worth the wait because the glory of God is far better than anything we have on this earth.
" 26 In the same way, the Spirit helps us in our weakness. We do not know what we ought to pray for, but the Spirit himself intercedes for us through wordless groans. 27 And he who searches our hearts knows the mind of the Spirit, because the Spirit intercedes for God’s people in accordance with the will of God." Romans 8:26-27
These verses are for a friend who was telling me about the lack of desire to pray lately. Sometimes we might not know the words to say when we pray to God, but He has already searched our hearts and knows what is best for us. All we need is to come to Him with a repenting heart and a desire to seek Him.
" 28 And we know that in all things God works for the good of those who love him, who have been called according to his purpose." Romans 8:28
This one is more for me. As long as I love God with all my heart, mind and soul, He will bless me. Even as I am currently freaking out about my future, I need to submit to the will of God and trust that He is taking reign in my life.
